I have had a request to put the same link in deifferent categories. Is this possible to do and keep the listings ID number for each one or will I have to manually edit each HTML file after Build All?

I havn't played with Links 2 for a while, so I'm not sure if I'm correct. As far as I know, this is not possible.

Have you considered LinksSQL? This handles what you are asking very simply

Thanks for your reply. After another scan of the forums I came across a topic with a link to a mod that does exactly what I needed: http://www.online-sweepstakes.com/links-mods/



( If anyone else uses this mod I'd suggest NOT including the extra lines within the links.def file but adding them to the end. I did as per instructions and it messed all my fields up. )

yep, always add to the end of links.def and change the mod accordingly.

I did install this mod and it took me forever to get it to work correctly!
