It helps if you format the error message in [code.] tags ;)

The error is:

Error building! Links database is 0 bytes!

Which means your links.db file has been corrupt. You need to restore your backup of this file (afraid its been a while since I worked with Links2, but I think they are held in /admin/backup)

Not sure what you mean?

You would need to rename the file, for example rename 20-Oct-2009.links.db to links.db (and move it to your /admin/data folder)
