default message when there's no NEW links?
I searched some, but came up empty... I was wondering if there's a way to have a default message for the WHAT'S NEW page when there are no new links? Along the lines of: "Sorry, no new links this week" or something. As it is now, clicking on the NEW link when there is nothing new shows a page that might confuse people.
