why when a visitor and in one categories and does it press add url it goes in automatic the category in the page in which finds him?

can I eliminate this problem in way to be able to hold all the categories to disposition in the form?

That is an option set in links.cfg:

# Should your add.cgi automatically select what category the user
# is adding his link into?
$db_single_category = 1;

Change the 1 to a 0 and there will be a dropdown list of categories to select from.
