Is there a mod that will disallow subsequent submissions from the SAME url that's in the validate.db file?

Just like in MSN Search: When you add more than 1 URL from the same domain within a day, you get this automatic error message:

Multiple Submission
Sorry, only one url per site is allowed per day.

It would be an excellent mod to have -- this will prevent mass spamming and will save us a lot of time deleting them in the Validation page.

I was just thinking about the same kind of mod today - it would definitely be useful. I always get people trying to add their sites to like 10 different categories and its a pain to figure out the right catetory and delete the rest.

If you figure out how to do the mod, please let me know.
