I am attempting to utilize a Multiple Ratings mod for a dining guide, I found it here http://www.gossamer-threads.com/...tiple%20rate;#126771. However when I clck on the vote button the form is returned again and again without actually making any votes.
Here is a copy of my rate.cgi. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
