I am looking for someone who can make the modification of foreign characters support of Links 2 for me. As Alex said, if we want to support foregin characters, we have to "set up some translation mapping from category name => translated category and use the translation whenever you are displaying the name."

If anyone know how to make the mod, please contact me. I am willing to pay for this. Thanks.
