Hellraida, I saw your post on how to do a
editors picks page including building a page
of picks. Very cool mod.

I was wondering if anyone has done a jump hack for "voting" for my site, much like the one included with Language Links and gone to the steps of doing it completely. Like with the editors picks mod.

What I'd like to see is a jump hack that allows users to put code on their page and when it is clicked on, it adds to a new field for referers +1 on the count, and also adds to their popularity by 1.

Then the next time you do a build pages, it will build a top referes page and a top 5 ( or 10 or whatever, configurable of course )that you can have on your main page as top referers. A variable <%TopReferes%> for the template. I think this would be pretty cool.

I'm also working on a total conversion of links into a "News" script. I know you've all seen sites who's main purpose is news stories. I'm modding links to be just that. Links has all the things necessary. I'll post more about it when I get closer to finished with it and post the url then.

I would love to have it too. But I have a comment/question. I am sure you have all seen the mod for "remote rate form" a la cgi-resources. Is it a possiblity to combine this (jump hack) with the remote rate form?
