Greetings All!

I would like to know if it was possible to make an app that ran through the
links.db and grabbed the meta-keywords from that page and stored them in a new field in the db?
This would give better search results and people wouldn't have to type in alot of keywords.
Can anyone make such an app?
I know this will not work with sites using frames, but that's just too bad for those sites.
