What is the best way to edit the .db database files... i figured out a way to open them in excle .. edit them - addding more links - and thens ave them as text files with the cells separated byt tab and then opening them in BBedit and replacing the tab space with a |.

is there any easier way to do this ? Would Filemaker pro let me save them with the | between the cells ?


and one last thing.
anyone happen to know where can i find a place - url - whatever were i could buy or just get a database that i could trnsfer to use in the links search engine - the database i'm looking for has to contain Michigan businesses .....
