Can I change the order in the categories.db or will I mess everything up??

chnage the order how? reshuffle the lines, or changes where in the lines each variable is stored?

When I build my pages it builds the categories page in the order that they were entered into the database. I want to make the 5th entry in the categories.db the first option on the Categories page. Take a look at http://herptiles.com Where HerpTiles.com Resources is I want to move to the 1st position. Thanks.
