Mail cluster setup

Will this configuration of three physical servers work:

1. First Dedicated server: Gossamer-mail web interface (apache) + SMTP server
2. Second server: mailboxes with incoming mail + Clamd antivirus + POP server
3. vBulletin server and user auth database.

Can Gossamer-Treads configure these machines?
