You don't see this very often, but how about a second admin password for the more destructive features (wiping users, editing the database etc). That offers another level of protection in case someone cracks the first password.

Good idea, but I think it practice it would be very difficult to implement. There are so many different ways somebody could do something nasty to your site if they got into your admin area (via FileMan, Templates, SQL Monitor, MySQLMan, Purge, etc, etc). It would be a false sense of protection if we just protected ceartain functions with a second password.
