userfriendly ur's but dynamically created from DB
is it possible to have: http://www.mydomin.com/...ategory/subcateogy2/

type URLs but have it dynamically being read from the database?

If it is possible, how would this work? Meaning, would you only have to grab teh subcategory2 from the url and do a database lookup, or would you need everything ie. /Category/ /subcategory/ and /subcategory2/ ?

Sure is. Have a look in the 'Discussion' forum for 'mod_perl'.. there are quite a few threads that discus it. We do this on http://www.ultranerds.com

I just posted a thread on this.

Change "site" or "resources" to "category" and use the code.
