Any particular reason you are still using LSQL 1.x ?

Links 2.2.0 is **FAR** more superior, and a lot faster too

i use a version 1 for a portal and version 2 for other portal.

Afraid I don't know Links SQL 1.x very well :( I didn't start working with LinksSQL until 2.1.0.

For tags conditions you should look into the DOCs.
If that doesn't help, look into admin\GT\Template\Parser.pm
