Can Links SQL be run in both static mode and dynamic? e.g., I want to have static pages for regular users of my site, but also offer co-branded pages (via the multiple templates option).

Yeah, that is definatly possible. Just use page.cgi?t=templatesset to show the co branded designs, and then the static pages for your one.
