Yes, most definately. The code is well documented and not obfuscated like others, and you are free to modify as you see fit (just not redistribute of course).

I have to admit it's not often I change anything in the code that already existed. Its so complete that there isn't much you can do. I only ever add to it with plugins and such.

Which shows the stength of the product if it rarely needs to be altered.
