I am currently building a site using the luna template set because I like the idea of using css to define the layout; however I would like to make some layout changes to the templates but am having a hard time doing it in the text based editor supplied. Can anyone recommend a piece of software I can use which will help me visually make changes to my templates?

You can put in a sample HTML, your CSS (that your working on), and then preview the CSS, with the HTML you've provided.
