how to stop banned words in desc?

How do I stop banned words in description in add.cgi? I don´t want people to submit sites with certain bad words.

When I test the script and enter a bad word in desc and submit I get "Unknown Tag: 'Category'" when add.cgi reloads. It seems like the script adds another / to the url.

While thinking of it, it doesn´t really matter. I don´t want those people to be able to resubmit anyway. :)
I´m using an old version 2.1 something..
