Sorting by Date and Time

Right now when I post new links are posted they are sorted by date only. I also need them sorted by the time they were posted. Meaning the most recent post of the day come first. Under "build_sort_order_category" I currently have it set to "Add_Date DESC"

What can I add to have it sort and take into account the time of post?
