Hi,

I think substring=0 is what you are after.

search.cgi?query=the;substring=0

Hopefully that does what your after =)

Hi,

What indexing scheme do you have for your Linsk table? You can find this out by Database > Links > Properties, and then at the bottom of the page - there is a SELECT box, with things like MySQL/INDEXED/Internal etc - which one is your set to?

Cheers

Re: [Andy] Search question In reply to
The search has not been working properly, I tried to get it to search only the Title to no avail.

Steps I took:

1. Changed my index scheme from nonindexed to internal and back agian.
2. Repaired tables and indexed using shell.
2. In setup changed search options [build_sort_order_search] Title
3. Database> Links> Properties>Title> Search Weight> Title: 10

And still get odd results, something needs a fix.

P.S. Just sent off a support ticket to get some answers Sly
