Not sure if this was reported already, but as a test I added a content to the include_sidebar and it ended up pushing down the log in form to below the sidebar content. This was with IE. this is an empty test install, so I don't know if it would push the links down too or not.

This is a beta install with the upgrade patches as of saturday.

Yes, this is a known bug and is resolved in the release candidate that will be released tomorrow.
