How to allow users to unsubscribe from mailing list -

Hi, I'm about to email a newsletter to all my users but I have to offer an unsubscribe option to avoid being a spammer and forfeiting my account. Any ideas? As admin I can flag them to receive mail, how can they choose not to receive mail?

Are you using the "ReceiveMail" field for letting people opt-out?

If so, then you probably need my User_Edit_Profile plugin, which you could then point them to (this lets them update their profile, and also edit the "ReceivedMail" field for their specific account.
