where do I change so the links are not displayed in ABC format but by date it was put it?

In: Setup > Build Options > build_sort_order_category

...and change from:

Code:
isNew DESC,isPopular DESC,Title

..to:

Code:
isNew DESC,isPopular DESC,Timestmp DESC
