Is it possible and how to put "Become and editor" link in GLinks when user login?

Hm...then this is my suggestion for next version. To have some sort validation of users to become an editor. Something like links.

When users sign in, he have link Become an Editor. Click of that link there is some form he must fill and click send. Administrator get this form on email, login in in administration and have option "Validate editors" where he can validate or reject editors.

That would be cool
