Avoid that build overwrite existing directories
Hello,
i want to use linkssql on the root of my domain. www.domain.tld

On a subdirectory named www.DOMAIN.tld/shop/ i have run a shopsystem.

I have to avoid that the build-static-pages function can overwrite this directory.

I tried this with chmod the directory /shop/.

But linkssql don t take respect of my restriction......?

if i make a directory named shop and let build the static pages linkssql overwrite my existing index.html in the directory....

That s too danger.... if i will let use my Mrs. worker linkssql and she make the mistake and make a directory named shop, my shop could be killed or damaged..... what can i do ?

thanks and regards
manne

Hi,

Sorry, are you trying to stop a category called "shop" from being added/built in LinksSQL?

If so, you would probably need a plugin to filter out new categories, that match this.

As far as I know, there is no "black list" type tool.

Cheers

Hi,
thanks for answering

...a "black list" type tool, yes, that s a good name for it.

maybe i will buy a book about perl in future.....

it should be no big problem to check the input variable.
