[Bug] Review_GuestEmail

If 'Review_GuestEmail' is set to Not Null =0, the script is still requesting an email address.

I'm having to put a hidden fake email address in the templates to get round this issue.

No kidding...you're right! I've been wondering why user reviews have been so slow on my site. I can't belived I missed this issue.
