How to add new tables?

Hi,

How to add 2 new tables in Links DB first, LANGUAGES with LanguageID and LanguageName fields and another table LinksLanguages with LinkID, LanguageID (both are foreign keys) and Link URL fields. Also under each links i would like to have links to different language links like:

Spiegel
Most popular weekly in Germany
Languages: German(link to German version), English (link to English version)
