[NEW PLUGINS] GallerYManager and GalleryManagerGD v1

Hi,

I thought I would just post these 2 plugins in one thread - as they are both the same, except one uses Image:: Magick, and the other uses GD (and Image::Resize).

Description:

This plugin lets your users upload images via gallery.cgi, for their links. This is aimed more for "Classified" / "Rentals" etc types of sites, where your users want to upload images for their listing. It lets them set a "default" image, which can be shown on the detailed page. It also lets you show ALL the images on the detailed page, in a 3 column table.

Requirements:

GalleryManagerGD

Gossamer Links 3.0.4+
Image::Resize module
GD module

Features:

Auto-thumbnailing of images uploaded by users
You can show ALL the links images on the detailed page (in a table), or link them to the gallery_view.cgi script - where they can view the gallery.
Easily customizable
Admin setting, so you can limit the number of images per link allowed
Users can delete image
Users can set any image for their link as the "default" one
You can specify a maximum file size allowed for images.
Uses Lightbox.

To manage the images for a link, you would go here

To view the images for a link on the detailed page, here is an example: http://gossamerlinks.com/cgi-bin/content/page.cgi?g=Detailed%2F1.html;d=1

From the detailed page, you would be linked to a page like so:

Hi,

Version 1.1 is now in the Members Area.

This includes:

1) The option for you to set the maximum size you want of the thumbnail image (i.e 150 x 150)
2) A "Cleanup" function, which re-creates all of the thumbnails for you (in case you want to change the size of the thumbnails, or if some thumbnails are lost/deleted for some reason - and you need to re-create them)

Hi,

Version 1.2 is now available from the Members Area.

This includes the ability to "edit" your images details (not the image itself, but the Description and Title).

Just for information, the "gallery_manage_link.html" file for the version GD is not updated (it misses the edit link).

Whoops, All fixed up (in the new version, same version number though =))

I also found some code at the bottom of the templates, related to my Affiliate plugin (must have slipped in somehow) . I've got rid of that too =)

Hi,

I've just released version 1.3 of GalleryManager.

This version has a new cool Slideshow feature. Once a few people have tested it, and made sure it works fine - then I will roll the new version out for GalleryManagerGD. Its all been tested my end - but if there are any bugs, I don't wanna have to update more than once :D

I've gone ahead and just released version 1.3 anyway for GalleryManagerGD - hopefully there are no bugs in the new feature I didn't spot Angelic
