I'm pleased to announce the release of my 3rd Gossamer Forum plugin, UsersKarma!
This plugin basically lets you visitors "rate" other users on your site. Example:

If someone happens to change their mind, thats ok too... as the plugin will simply overwrite their own rating (and review), and replace it with their new one
