I want to send an automatic email to certain record holders whenever a new record is entered that contains certain field values.

For example: certain record holders would get email "1" whenever a new record was entered with field 1=a and field 2=b; and other record holders would get email "2" whenever a new record was entered with field 1=c and field 2=d.

Can the mass mailing mod, or some other mod, handle this?
