Now when I have settled down a bit I have put the mod "ORDERnary - a simple shopping cart" back in the resources. It was taken away due to server changing problems while I was travelling, and I had no chance to fix the problems. I am sorry this happened and that I couldn't give any support.
Anyway, it is back and with a out-of-the-box demo on http://tangokites.org/dbman.
I hope it still can be of use for someone.
