Hi

I am setting up DBman as a profile manager and would like to set up a system by which if a member hasn't paid then I can 'Freeze' their account (without deleting their records) awaiting payment. If payment is made then account will be re-activated else I will need to delete it along with associated records.

I realise this may not be the simplest things to do but any help would be appreciated...

Check out the "add another level of permissions" mod (or something like that). It would allow you to have another field that is based on the password file. You could then use that to turn the account on/off perhaps?
