Deleting records - doesn't limit itself to the one I selected

Deleting records - doesn't limit itself to the one I selected
A problem that's come up before and I don't remember how to solve it:

I select a record for deletion, and delete it. And I get a tremendous number of error messages on my screen with variations on the record number I selected, telling me that it couldn't delete those (non-existent) records. If I wanted to delete record number 245, for example, it also tries to delete 245245, and so on. The record I wanted to delete is, in fact, deleted. But the error messages are incredibly annoying.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Eric

I've never had that happen so I can't guess where to look, but am wondering what version of the script are you using? Meaning the original, user friendly or short/long.

What other modifications have you added and did this problem begin before or after adding other mods?

Are you having any other problems when searching for a specific record by ID number?

What is the specific error message, as that would be a clue as to where it being generated within the script.
