I would like to be able to display only some of the field from default.db as a response to a search query. I have modified the "sub html_record" inside the html.pl and defined the fields I would like displayed. Is there something else I need to modify? The result page still display all the fields in the database. Can someone help me with this. I do not need ID number to be displayed and some information that might be private.

You need to be sure that $db_auto_generate is set to 0. Look in the default.cfg file.
