I'm new at most all of this. I'm a programmer in various languages, but only recently began learning perl. My question is this: I want to put all the data moving from and to the database into my own formatted frontend. I have javascript running on the client side. I've seen templates used, but I'm not sure how to do this.. Could someone give me a hand in figuring this out? Thanks.
