My download area username:password combination gives me invalid login error. Wanted to check upon GM2.2RC1. Has it been deactivated or the password changed? I have sent mail to ordersatgossamer-threads in this regard

I'm not definate, but I think it was a problem with someone already in their database who was 'selling' (or giving) username/passwords out. Simply emailing everyone in their customer database would just defeat the point in changing all the passwords :(

I had the same problem. After speaking with Tarrin, it sounds as if they did send out a mass e-mail. It just looks like a hand full of us didn't get it.

Indeed they do have great customer service. Definatly one of the best companies I have ever had the privilege to work with. Some (even large ones) can take 2 weeks to reply to a support email! (CuteFTP support being one of those).
