Looking for Help with Links 3.2 Database and Template Customization for Self Improvement Directory
I purchased Gossemer Links earlier this month in order to replace my existing website directory the Mind Media Self Improvement Guide. [/url]
I am looking for someone to help me create templates for my switch to the Gossimer links as well as helping with customization of the database to include a links detail page.
The current version of the directory is done with Hyperseek 1.0 which does not allow for public detail pages which has limited the Guide as well as caused problems with Google's indexing of the site.
Because the new site has detailed pages, I realize that a straight database import would be impossible but help with importing some of the fields from the old database (which has over 1800) records would be a plus. I am certainly not adverse to cut and pasting the detail elements from the old guide into the links version if need be.
I am relatively inexperienced with templates and css so someone with a skills in this area would especially be appreciated. A successful outcome of this project would most likely result in additional jobs for the person or group that works on this project.
