I basically know how to do most of the features that Monster.com offers. But the problem I am having is I don't know how the unemployed people are allowed to send their resume to the company by just clicking the "Apply for Job" link. I know they had to fill in the fields beforehand, but is there a script that can recall such information. Thanks,
