I am developing a very small relational database of 3 tables and forms to track employees and their individual development plan and subsequent development activities. The first form is simply an employee record form with the following fields:
Employee id (primary key)
Employee Name1
Employee Name2
Job code
Job title
Role
From this form I have created a macro to open a new form which displays an individuals development activities.
Therefore, from the employee record form, I want the macro to open the activities form and display the correspondent record for that particular employee, rather than display the first record (for another employee) in the activities form.
