Links & redirection
I am running Links SQL at a well established site in a small niche area and recently decided to change my domain name. I would like to redirect all the traffic from my old URL to the new one. Since I am not very well acquainted with Apache modules, I would like to know what's the best way to redirect requests like

www.olddomain.com/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=123 to
www.newdomain.com/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=123

I have read the Apache docs about mod_alias and mod_rewrite (both are available on my server), but I am still unsure of how to proceed. Any help is appreciated!

Couldn't you just set your server to Alaise the old domain to the new one (in my GPanel, with my dedicated server, I can choose to alaise other domains to the same account).

Not sure if your server has a similar function?

Cheers
