CSS box comes up when you hover over a link..

CSS box comes up when you hover over a link..
Hi,

Just wondering if someone knows how to accomplish something like this (attached)

Basically - a normal link, but when you hover over it - it shows a box (div), which contains details on what they are hovering over.

Basically - its kind of a "tip" feature.

Kinda like PayPal have, when you've logged in (and hover over one of header bits of text)
