Restore a crashed DB file on Windows?
I know its possible to attempt a restore on A UNIX machine, via myismchk, but is is possible localley on a Windows machine? I have you to work out how to connect to myself via Telnet, or do this Unsure

Erm did you even look in mysql/bin?

You'll notice isamchk and myisamchk both exist.

Use DOS

Yes, but how do I execute them? Unsure I knew they were there...but I wasn't sure how to run it (as stated in the first post, about Telnet connections).
