What is going on here ?

Is this Google fame that is getting the Chit Chat board like this or does the Chit Chat board need to be renamed to the Outlook support board. Each time a new user posts his/her first message and when you take the time to answer they never respond. No thank you, no nothing...

I'm not responding to any more Outlook questions from new users that post there first an only message...

My only worry is did I start it with talking about repairing office ?

Guess its due to the high PR ranking of the forum, and because one person has asked an Outlook question, everyone seems to think we're experts on it :/

Suggestion ... contact Microsoft?
