Interesting, somewhat impractical, and scary article...

I think that the arguments for and against having a license to go online are decent, although it seems to pose some negative impacts on our civil liberties.

I am sure that Tim Berners-Lee (inventor of the WWW) is probably up in arms about this....

I see where they are coming from, but how would they be able to put this into practice? Image the money/resources that would be needed to put this into practice too!
