Paypay being weird :/

Is anyone else getting this error after logging into PayPal? :/

I have the same problem with my laptop.
My Desktop-PC is running without problems?
Perhaps a cookie problem..., but at the moment I have no solution :-(

Weird - it seems ok for me (was just offline for a day) - but it was only the main "front" area that was playing up - very odd
