Outlook 2002 (XP)
This is really fu*!#ng me off! Does anyone know how to change the 'Level 1' file extensions in Outlook XP? At the moment it says there are 2 levels, 1 and 2. Level 1 are ones that can't be changed, and number 2 is optional. There HAS to be a way to change level 1 extensions. At the moment it has .doc and .exe as blocked extensions. Anyone worked this out? The help file was basdically a load of rubbish, and no help what-so-ever Frown

Thanks

I remember you telling QooQ to watch his language when he said crap or something similar. No need for the dreaded f word Smile.

I believe that they are blocked and haven't yet found a way to unblock them (not that I've looked very hard.). Im sure there's a way.

I was talking to a developer last night who said he thought that M$ was supposed to be releasing a "patch" to undo this. You have my sympathies (I have to use Eudora anytime I want to receive self-extracting files.)
