Earthquake
Manchester has had 5 minor earthquakes in 2 days now which is totally unprecedented. There are supposed to be 3 minor tremors within a year normally.

I was just sitting watching tv just now and felt another tremor.....the first I've ever experienced in my life and a very weird feeling. My tv and computer monitor just started shaking. It feels so strange.

Hello Paul,

See : http://neic.usgs.gov/...lletin/bulletin.html for world wide shakers.

One near Manchester is in the current list.

Wait til you feel it on the 20th floor. Smile

The world is really acting strange recently.

I just saw on the news that Sydney is like 1/10th of annual rainfall right now.

openoffice + gimp + sketch ... Smile

Wait till you get a 6 plus!

Then you will have a thrill ride.

I am in California, the hotbed of earthquakes of the US and most of the world. So it is just a part of living here.

I have been through 2 mid 6 earthquakes. Depending on if it is a "roller" or a "shaker" the 6 plus can throw you out of bed! And of course most large ones seem to happen very early in the AM (4 - 6 AM). So we just call it "the mother earth alarm clock"!Tongue
